How Our Process Works
An Initial Consultation to gather project details.
Review the Project Agreement and pay a deposit to get started.
We design concepts and send you mockups. Review, revise, & approve.
Final payment is received and your files are sent.
All prices listed on our website are in US dollars (USD). If you are not located in US and want to know how much it would convert to in your currency, you can check out the conversion with Google’s Currency Converter.
All payments are made through Paypal, which takes credit card and debit cards. You do not need a Paypal account to make payments with credit or debit Visa cards. As we also process payments via Square.

Deposits and Payment
50% deposit, 50% upon completion. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before work can commence. The balance of the 50% is to be paid at the end of the project, once the project is approved and before the final package is delivered. A deposit invoice is emailed to you at the start of the project.
Payments Plans are as follows:
Option 1: 50% Deposit with the remaining balance split into 2 payments
*Please communicate if the need arises to change the payment plan in order to avoid “Project Reinstatement Fees” when projects are abandoned.
You can make cancellations at any time. Please keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable.
Our Portfolio and Design Credit
We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio and placement of a small Focsi logo within the margin of a design. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform us.
Copyright for Artwork
Graphic designs created at our studio are custom-created and exclusive to each business, so the designs are yours after final payment has been made. Note that we reserve the right to use stock images where necessary (note: logo designs are 100% custom and do not contain stock images). Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of Focsi’s rights if they are used elsewhere.
Custom Artwork files are not to be resold. Artwork can be resold in printed formats only (e.g. as part of a fabric design, stationery, apparel, mugs, etc.) with the purchase of a standard ($500+) or extended ($1250+) licensing fee. We do not resell custom designs unless we are given permission to do so. We offer discounts on design work in these cases and state the terms in the Project Agreement Summary section.
Small revisions can be made after we provide the initial mockup. When several revisions are required, an additional fee will apply. You will be notified when this applies.
A project will be considered abandoned if we have not heard from you in 30 days, or there is no activity on your project for 30 days, and there is a balance due on your project. You will not have any rights to use any of the work that was presented to you unless the project has been paid in full. If we have not heard from you and you contact us after the 30-day abandonment, a Reinstatement Fee may apply.
Printing With Us
We offer printing services, please advise us of your order and we’ll send a separate invoice for printing if this was not included in the Project Agreement. Printing is an additional fee unless otherwise stated in the Project Agreement. Note that some printed items may not show the exact same color that is showing up on your screen. This is due to the fact that each computer screen tint can be different.
Contract with Focsi
By entering into a project with Focsi, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contacts from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way (we do not save credit card data). You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
