SHOPPING INFORMATION

Where are Focsi products made?

All of our products are proudly crafted with care in the USA.

When will I receive my order?

Home Decor items are shipped via UPS 5 business days after ordering. Please allow an additional 2-7 days to receive your item once it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

UPS is our preferred standard International carrier and we extend our UPS discount to our customers. If you’d like us to use a different International carrier please make a note of it and we will ship via your preferred carrier. All International orders will ship upon receipt of payment. International orders must be placed via phone, fax or e-mail.

Does Focsi wholesale?

Yes, we do sell wholesale. Please complete a wholesale inquiry form to be considered for our wholesale program.

Can I personalize a product?

Yes! You can add a name or words to most of our products. We can also change the background color by request. Sales are final on all personalized and custom orders.

Can I request a custom Illustration?

Yes, custom illustrations are an additional charge and come with your choice of product(s). Please email sales@myfocsi.com for further details.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What form of payment do you all accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on orders if we have made an error or the product is damaged. Please notify us within two weeks of the ship date if your order has been processed incorrectly or is damaged upon receipt (photos of the damage are required) and we will see that the matter is promptly resolved.

We take great care when packing your order to ensure it arrives safely on your doorstep. If the carrier damages your package during shipment you will need to contact us for a return authorization (RA) number. Be sure to keep all damaged packaging as evidence for the carrier.

Please note that any returns over $250 will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Can I sell Focsi products?

Focsi artwork is intended for home décor and accessories. Any alteration or use of Focsi artwork and illustrations on other products MUST be approved through our licensing department.

You must be a wholesale or licensing client to sell Focsi Brand products. Please contact us for guidelines.
